GBAbsolutely frustrating experience Absolutely frustrating experience! I'm currently paying for service and a panel that I don't actually have. Someone broke into my building and smashed the panel TWICE. The first time, I replaced the panel. The idea of shelling out more money for a second replacement seems like an unfair option. ADT's refusal to either cancel my contract or provide a replacement leaves me locked into a five-year agreement for a service I can't utilize. Their proposed solution? Pay $1900 to terminate the contract.

GBADT is awful when it comes to Costumer Service They are unbelievably slow and inefficient. Spend hours over the phone and all they could do was passing me from one department to another. It’s like they hired the least knowledgeable people with least experience and asked them to answer the phones. Their system definitely is inefficient and not working. Their security system might be good, but horrible costumer service experience I had. Even talked to several account managers and they also were the same, passing the hot potato to the next person.

GBWorst company ever Worst company ever! Bought the most expensive system 11 months ago. Nothing but problems. Multiple service calls and techs coming out (that I get charged for!). We finally turned the system off and it STILL alarms in the middle of the night. Had a house sitter here while on vacation and the system drove her crazy. ADT refuses to give me my money back and pick up their system. Going to refer this to my attorney.

GBImpossible customer service Can't log in to MyADT because it wont take my passwords, and it wont send me a password reset via email. I also can't remember my verbal password so it's impossible to access anything. I called and the guy walked me through everything as if I was extremely dumb which resulted in me staring at a login screen which I can't log into. They won't just reset my password, and they've increased the monthly payment twice now. I want to cancel, too but it's a whole ordeal and I'm stuck in this contract for two years now.

GBFaulty equipment Been having issues with faulty equipment since January. It's been issues with faulty window sensors and now a faulty ring door bell cam. Customer service just think you have all day when you secdule a appointment and they don't up hold there appointment time.
