The Arthro ionx that we ordered arrived … The Arthro ionx that we ordered arrived in a timely manner, and we are so happy and satisfied with the effect on our older golden retriever. After vet visits, he seemed resigned to be immobile and in pain using his back legs. We were honestly astounded at his ability, after use of this product that addresses mobility, pain, and stiffness issues, to walk, stand, climb stairs, and even play again. Although we cannot have our youthful dog anymore, it is such a gift to see him more active and relieved of his discomfort.

I usually love your product but I don’t… I usually love your product but I don’t like the product now. I liked the liquid better. The little pellets are awful. Do you not have the liquid anymore. I don’t know if I will buy this again because it is not liquid.

Disappointed Already half way through our second bottle of four and see NO results. We have an eight year old English Sheepdog that in February 2017 got cataracts probably caused from diabetes. March 14th, he is now completely blind. I know your product could not have prevented any of this, but he still drinks 3 times more water than before. ordered arthro ionx not aware that it… ordered arthro ionx not aware that it is now in pellet form which doesn't dissolve well in the drinking water, the previous formula was more user friendly. it could be added to the drinking water or given orally with a syringe. in pellet form the cats and dog will not eat as directed, tried mixing in the food and they will not eat, so we have suspended the use of arthro ionx. do you still carry it in liquid form? when I ordered, your site shows the product in the same liquid pourable container as its always been. the pellets don't pour out of the pop up lid, you have unscrew the cap. suggest you update the packaging.

Our Most Senior Cat thanks you. My first experience with this company. Needed a unique and trusted product that would bring “some” relief to our 19 yr old male cat. While a full cure is not likely, there has been some small improvement. I’ll accept that. All items arrived on time, well packed and very clear instructions.
