GBSteamer is built nice but...... Steamer is built nice, however, Im not happy on the fact it doesnt heat as well as some of the cheap chinese steamers

CAKevin is very knowledgeable knows this… Kevin is very knowledgeable knows this product inside and out. Advised us which steam cleaner was best for our company. Kevin returns phone calls in a promptly manner. This steamer can use tap water which is a plus to consumers. I would highly recommend this steamer.

GBNumber 1 steamer in the world!! This is the best steamer I have ever used. I bought the 125 back in 2020. Last month, March 2025, was the first time I had an issue. I called the Chief, gave him my symptom and part was on his way. Super easy to replace. No issue at all. Once completed steamer delt brand new again. Now a disclaimer Yes, I follow all guidelines for maintenance on my machine. Yes the Chief was very courteous and very very helpful. Thanks Chief!!
