But with Chief Steamers support I was able to diagnose and purchase parts and fix my steamer. Thanks so much!!!! Quality equipment and then top service is so hard to find in 2024 but this company is tops!!!!

GBI absolutely love this machine! I absolutely love this machine, I use it at least 3 times a week to clean my home, and it makes a huge difference from clean to sparkling Clean! my windows, shower doors, kitchen counters, glass table tops, have a refreshed look. The cleaning with this machine is superb, you can immediately see the difference from no steam cleaning vs steam cleaning. The only thing I wish to have with it, is a handle or a special cart with a small basket, available to additionally buy for this unit, it will help to keep all the cleaning attachments and hose in one place.

GBChief steamer is by far the leader of… Chief steamer is by far the leader of commercial steam cleaning machines. Their customer service is at the highest level I’ve ever experienced. I have called them directly numerous times to troubleshoot some issues and each time I talk to a real person that knows the issue right away and gives advice on how to solve the issue.
