GBNumber 1 steamer in the world!! This is the best steamer I have ever used. I bought the 125 back in 2020. Last month, March 2025, was the first time I had an issue. I called the Chief, gave him my symptom and part was on his way. Super easy to replace. No issue at all. Once completed steamer delt brand new again. Now a disclaimer Yes, I follow all guidelines for maintenance on my machine. Yes the Chief was very courteous and very very helpful. Thanks Chief!!

GBChief steamer is by far the leader of… Chief steamer is by far the leader of commercial steam cleaning machines. Their customer service is at the highest level I’ve ever experienced. I have called them directly numerous times to troubleshoot some issues and each time I talk to a real person that knows the issue right away and gives advice on how to solve the issue. Always a pleasure dealing with Chief Steamer staff. -Anthony Masiello -Top Dog Detailing -Winchester, Va

GBI absolutely love this machine! I absolutely love this machine, I use it at least 3 times a week to clean my home, and it makes a huge difference from clean to sparkling Clean! my windows, shower doors, kitchen counters, glass table tops, have a refreshed look. The cleaning with this machine is superb, you can immediately see the difference from no steam cleaning vs steam cleaning. The only thing I wish to have with it, is a handle or a special cart with a small basket, available to additionally buy for this unit, it will help to keep all the cleaning attachments and hose in one place.
