I knew it would be bad as we just moved in this house and everything was filthy and a mess, I figured the ducts had never been cleaned. Damon confirmed my suspicions, and he not only cleaned the ducts he sanitized them too and sealed them. He was very professional, kind and helpful. I totally recommend this company to give you full service and detailed work. So very happy to have gotten the ducts taken care of. We are breathing much better tonight! Thanks again Damon!

I asked several questions and he was great about taking the time to answer them and to explain things to me. NO, NO, and NEVER! Set up an appointment through Facebook Marketplace in Sierra Vista, AZ. The tech called on the day of the appointment to say there was a problem with the truck. We rescheduled for today @ 3:00 PM. It is now 5:00 PM and I have had no call/test/PM from anyone as to why the tech has not shown up. I've called the toll free number and get a strange ring, then a busy signal and no one ever answers. I've left a request for callback an no response. I've see other reviews very similar to this one and wonder if there is some sort of scam being run on Facebook Messanger for this service.
