Polite, prompt, and friendly. Both technicians were very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. They showed me mold was in the system, did a thorough cleaning, mold and odor from the system are now gone! I highly recommend!

Best service ever! I love these guys! I got an appointment quickly and the guys showed up right on time. Very efficient and explained every step. Offered to clean my dryer vent, thank goodness. It was so packed it was a fire hazard. My house now smells fresh and clean and I bet my dryer will work much better too. I will definitely be using this company again next year.

After giving ALL info on 2 houses After giving ALL info on 2 houses, I was given a price. Upon arrival $100 was added. Contacted Maxwell to let him know I was unhappy but he has not responded regarding the price jump. On the first house, the carpets were stained and there was no effort to check and clean. The 2nd house went fine. I would not recommend though due to the extra $100 and the stains left on a freshly shampooed carpet. The 3 stars is because the actual cleaning appears to be ok.
