Broken Promises I bought a small unit but it didn't have a drain. I sent it back and UltraSonic said the ones with a drain were on backorder but they would be getting them in soon and would be in touch. That was all in December. Here it is April and they send an email advertisement that reminded me so I called them and they have no record of me sending the unit back! So thankfully my wife found the tracking number for FedEx and it even had the persons name who checked it in. Now four months later they issue a refund and I have to order again and pay for shipping a third time and they are still on backorder. Why do they make promises and don't deliver.

I wish we had some general recommendations for the mix ratio and some time guide line lines. We also seem have some trouble stabilizing the temperature. That may be just learning how to properly use it.
