USDisappointed For starters, after talking to a salesperson through emails , I decided to buy a machine and instead of a phone call to make the purchase I was just given a link to buy online. When purchasing a piece of equipment costing $6000.00 I'd prefer to speak to someone.. then when it showed up, it wouldn't work. After taking the front cover off I discovered the main power "breaker" was off. No big deal but nowhere in the manual did explain the breaker would need to be turned on. But then the machine would heat up but not "cavitate "... then I found a wire that was broke at the crimp that powers that function. I fixed the crimp and now it's fine but what ever happened to quality control???? Very disappointed!

USIt does just about everything we… It does just about everything we expected. We use a Simple Green product with distilled water. Our tap water here is not to our liking. I wish we had some general recommendations for the mix ratio and some time guide line lines. We also seem have some trouble stabilizing the temperature. That may be just learning how to properly use it.

USBroken Promises I bought a small unit but it didn't have a drain. I sent it back and UltraSonic said the ones with a drain were on backorder but they would be getting them in soon and would be in touch. That was all in December. Here it is April and they send an email advertisement that reminded me so I called them and they have no record of me sending the unit back! So thankfully my wife found the tracking number for FedEx and it even had the persons name who checked it in. Now four months later they issue a refund and I have to order again and pay for shipping a third time and they are still on backorder. Why do they make promises and don't deliver.
