Perfectly Professional ! I used them on two occasions in NY emptying a relatives apartment. The receptionist Rosie was so helpful, accommodating and really on the ball. The staff was beyond professional and fast. They have this moving thing down to a science. It was over so quickly, all the movers were cordial and helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone and their prices are a lot lower than 800-GOT-JUNK. Give them a call you will not be disappointed. They will work around your schedule.

Life Savers..... My father had to me moved to a nursing home and I needed to clean up his apartment for his return. I called The Junk Pros for an estimate, a gentleman came to my father's house and spoke to me about my situation and what I needed to do. After must consideration, I called and made an appointment; the team came and treated my fathers house and belongings with respect and took only the items i selected. Big Help Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.

Junk Pros are the real pros! Excellent service all around. Rosie, the customer service representative with whom I worked, was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The estimator came out on-time and gave us a fair quote. Craig and his team then came on the date and time scheduled -- even a little early -- cleared out all the junk and swept the floor clean. Craig and his team never pushed back, but just took everything we could give him and then made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What I anticipated being a big hassle was really quite simple. miscommunication.... I called and gave a detailed inventory to the company. I was quoted a price but when the team showed up, they informed me it would be another price. After some discussion they agreed to the original price but didn't take all of the items so I had to remove those myself.
