Excellent customer service! The Junk Pros team was exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in New York City and I called in the Junk Pros for a very difficult clean-up of a two-bedroom estate listing. They gave us a very fast estimate and then cleared the space quickly and perfectly. Throughout the process, they were very flexible in dealing with us, and they were always easy to reach when we needed them. Great job on big load! I had the leftovers of 35 years of my late dad's apartment in Manhattan to remove. The job included a very large amount of old books, dilapidated furniture and other 80-year-old bachelor accumulations. Craig, Luis and crew did a great job. I was concerned that we might not get it done in one day. This is a group of professional hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job. The apartment is now empty and ready to prep for sale.

Superb! The Junk Pros were well-organized and hard-working. They diligently tore into the daunting task at hand and finished the job in the time promised, while still taking the time to call out items for the customer to take a longer look at. They brought enough people to efficiently handle the challenges of emptying a fourth-floor walk-up apartment in record time. They left the premises "broom clean" and suitable for turning over to the landlord.
