Superb! The Junk Pros were well-organized and hard-working. They diligently tore into the daunting task at hand and finished the job in the time promised, while still taking the time to call out items for the customer to take a longer look at. They brought enough people to efficiently handle the challenges of emptying a fourth-floor walk-up apartment in record time. They left the premises "broom clean" and suitable for turning over to the landlord.

Very Good Removal Service I hired Junk Pros to remove a very clutter apartment in Manhattan for a person that I am the Court Appointed Guardian. The Junk Pro Crew was very good at the task at hand and very professional. The only reason I did not give them a fifth star was because they cause some minor inconvenience to some of the other tenants in the building that required the Building's Superintendent to intervene.

Life Savers..... My father had to me moved to a nursing home and I needed to clean up his apartment for his return. After must consideration, I called and made an appointment; the team came and treated my fathers house and belongings with respect and took only the items i selected. They cleaned out my aunt's final… They cleaned out my aunt's final residence at Brookdale Battery Park following her death... from start to finish it was an excellent experience, reasonably priced, called back when they said they would call back, the driver even called the day of the clean-out as he was going to be half an hour later than the expected time. Had no need to supervise at all, the place was left perfectly broom clean, Brookdale quickly refunded from that day to the end of the month we had already paid for. Highly recommended.
