I can’t say enough good things about… I can’t say enough good things about this company. From our first call with Rosie, I knew we were dealing with professionals. Every question was answered promptly. The price we were given was fair and well thought through. Follow up was thorough. Our team of 5 men showed up exactly on time. They worked quickly and efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. It’s rare today to find a company that does exactly what they say they will do, and all with kindness and good humor. We could not be more satisfied and so pleased to do business with these wonderful folks.

They cleaned out my aunt's final… They cleaned out my aunt's final residence at Brookdale Battery Park following her death... from start to finish it was an excellent experience, reasonably priced, called back when they said they would call back, the driver even called the day of the clean-out as he was going to be half an hour later than the expected time. Had no need to supervise at all, the place was left perfectly broom clean, Brookdale quickly refunded from that day to the end of the month we had already paid for. Highly recommended.

Junk Pros are the real pros! Excellent service all around. Rosie, the customer service representative with whom I worked, was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The estimator came out on-time and gave us a fair quote. Craig and his team then came on the date and time scheduled -- even a little early -- cleared out all the junk and swept the floor clean. Craig and his team never pushed back, but just took everything we could give him and then made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What I anticipated being a big hassle was really quite simple. Nope! Sorry, really wanted to book this company because their website says they do Quick Pickups and they even give estimated rates between $120-$250 and included how many furniture items these rates include. I only had a living room chair, not a sofa or a recliner for removal. When I called, the woman i spoke with quickly gave me a $250 minimum estimate. I referenced that this was a quick pickup (their term on the website). She said $250 and we would have to be in your area. Totally useless and kind of a bait and switch in my opinion. Not cool at all.

Perfectly Professional ! I used them on two occasions in NY emptying a relatives apartment. The receptionist Rosie was so helpful, accommodating and really on the ball. The staff was beyond professional and fast. They have this moving thing down to a science. It was over so quickly, all the movers were cordial and helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone and their prices are a lot lower than 800-GOT-JUNK. Give them a call you will not be disappointed. They will work around your schedule.
