They were real thorough They were real thorough, cleaning every nook and cranny. Used green products too which I liked. My pad's never looked so spotless! Gonna get them to come over regular from now on for sure.

Big Help Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.

Pricing was better the three other bids, the job was done in time, and the staff went above and beyond in sweeping and mopping the space after all was removed.

They diligently tore into the daunting task at hand and finished the job in the time promised, while still taking the time to call out items for the customer to take a longer look at. They brought enough people to efficiently handle the challenges of emptying a fourth-floor walk-up apartment in record time. They left the premises "broom clean" and suitable for turning over to the landlord.

Nope! Sorry, really wanted to book this company because their website says they do Quick Pickups and they even give estimated rates between $120-$250 and included how many furniture items these rates include. I only had a living room chair, not a sofa or a recliner for removal. When I called, the woman i spoke with quickly gave me a $250 minimum estimate. I referenced that this was a quick pickup (their term on the website). She said $250 and we would have to be in your area. Totally useless and kind of a bait and switch in my opinion. Not cool at all.
