They got the job done in a short period of time and cleaned up behind themselves. You would've never known the apartment had anything in it 2 hours prior. Highly recommended. Junk Pros are the real pros! Excellent service all around. Rosie, the customer service representative with whom I worked, was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The estimator came out on-time and gave us a fair quote. Craig and his team then came on the date and time scheduled -- even a little early -- cleared out all the junk and swept the floor clean. Craig and his team never pushed back, but just took everything we could give him and then made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What I anticipated being a big hassle was really quite simple. Life Savers..... My father had to me moved to a nursing home and I needed to clean up his apartment for his return. I called The Junk Pros for an estimate, a gentleman came to my father's house and spoke to me about my situation and what I needed to do. After must consideration, I called and made an appointment; the team came and treated my fathers house and belongings with respect and took only the items i selected. Excellent customer service! The Junk Pros team was exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in New York City and I called in the Junk Pros for a very difficult clean-up of a two-bedroom estate listing. They gave us a very fast estimate and then cleared the space quickly and perfectly. Great job on big load! I had the leftovers of 35 years of my late dad's apartment in Manhattan to remove. The job included a very large amount of old books, dilapidated furniture and other 80-year-old bachelor accumulations. Craig, Luis and crew did a great job. I was concerned that we might not get it done in one day. This is a group of professional hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job. The apartment is now empty and ready to prep for sale.
