They got the job done in a short period of time and cleaned up behind themselves. You would've never known the apartment had anything in it 2 hours prior. Highly recommended. Superb! The Junk Pros were well-organized and hard-working. They diligently tore into the daunting task at hand and finished the job in the time promised, while still taking the time to call out items for the customer to take a longer look at. They brought enough people to efficiently handle the challenges of emptying a fourth-floor walk-up apartment in record time. They left the premises "broom clean" and suitable for turning over to the landlord.

Pricing was better the three other bids, the job was done in time, and the staff went above and beyond in sweeping and mopping the space after all was removed.

They cleaned out my aunt's final… They cleaned out my aunt's final residence at Brookdale Battery Park following her death... from start to finish it was an excellent experience, reasonably priced, called back when they said they would call back, the driver even called the day of the clean-out as he was going to be half an hour later than the expected time. Had no need to supervise at all, the place was left perfectly broom clean, Brookdale quickly refunded from that day to the end of the month we had already paid for. Highly recommended.
