Sorry, really wanted to book this company because their website says they do Quick Pickups and they even give estimated rates between $120-$250 and included how many furniture items these rates include. I only had a living room chair, not a sofa or a recliner for removal. When I called, the woman i spoke with quickly gave me a $250 minimum estimate. I referenced that this was a quick pickup (their term on the website). She said $250 and we would have to be in your area. Totally useless and kind of a bait and switch in my opinion. Not cool at all.

GBThey were real thorough They were real thorough, cleaning every nook and cranny. Used green products too which I liked. My pad's never looked so spotless! Gonna get them to come over regular from now on for sure.

GBNo one is better than the Junk Pros The Junk Pros are my go to company whenever I need to clean out the remaining items in a home, whether it is a hoarder or just a life time of stuff. I empty homes of people who have passed away. I need competent, polite, clean, efficient, honest, and careful companies to assist me in my work. The Junk Pros are always on time, have never caused any damage and always leave the job site broom clean and/or vacuumed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.

GBJunk Pros are the real pros! Excellent service all around. Rosie, the customer service representative with whom I worked, was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The estimator came out on-time and gave us a fair quote. Craig and his team then came on the date and time scheduled -- even a little early -- cleared out all the junk and swept the floor clean. Craig and his team never pushed back, but just took everything we could give him and then made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What I anticipated being a big hassle was really quite simple. Thanks to all the pros at Junk Pros.
