Junk Pros are the real pros! Excellent service all around. Rosie, the customer service representative with whom I worked, was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The estimator came out on-time and gave us a fair quote. Craig and his team then came on the date and time scheduled -- even a little early -- cleared out all the junk and swept the floor clean. Craig and his team never pushed back, but just took everything we could give him and then made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What I anticipated being a big hassle was really quite simple. Wonderful Service Junk Pros came out to clean out a 30,000 sqft building that my company owns but was abandoning in its current condition (lived in). The removal consisted of furniture, kitchen equipment, office equipment and garbage. The crew that came out were extremely professional. They did a fabulous job. Everything was done perfectly. They did not even leave one spec of dust or garbage anywhere. They were quick and the price couldn't be beat. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

miscommunication.... I called and gave a detailed inventory to the company. I was quoted a price but when the team showed up, they informed me it would be another price. After some discussion they agreed to the original price but didn't take all of the items so I had to remove those myself.

Big Help Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.

No one informed me that there was some force majeure situation that caused them to be delayed by a few hours! They justified it by saying they couldn't reach me...
