Life Savers..... My father had to me moved to a nursing home and I needed to clean up his apartment for his return. I called The Junk Pros for an estimate, a gentleman came to my father's house and spoke to me about my situation and what I needed to do. After must consideration, I called and made an appointment; the team came and treated my fathers house and belongings with respect and took only the items i selected. Great job; terrific price. We had a clean out some of our Jamaica… We had a clean out some of our Jamaica offices and the professionalism of both the workers and owner and the way the job was executed was flawless. Pricing was better the three other bids, the job was done in time, and the staff went above and beyond in sweeping and mopping the space after all was removed.

miscommunication.... I called and gave a detailed inventory to the company. I was quoted a price but when the team showed up, they informed me it would be another price. After some discussion they agreed to the original price but didn't take all of the items so I had to remove those myself.

I ordered garbage removal after… I ordered garbage removal after renovating my house. Overall, they took everything away quickly and even cleaned up after themselves. But! No one informed me that there was some force majeure situation that caused them to be delayed by a few hours! They justified it by saying they couldn't reach me...

Junk Pros are the real pros! Excellent service all around. Rosie, the customer service representative with whom I worked, was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The estimator came out on-time and gave us a fair quote. Craig and his team then came on the date and time scheduled -- even a little early -- cleared out all the junk and swept the floor clean. Craig and his team never pushed back, but just took everything we could give him and then made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What I anticipated being a big hassle was really quite simple.
