Every question was answered promptly. The price we were given was fair and well thought through. Follow up was thorough. Our team of 5 men showed up exactly on time. They worked quickly and efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. It’s rare today to find a company that does exactly what they say they will do, and all with kindness and good humor. We could not be more satisfied and so pleased to do business with these wonderful folks.

No one informed me that there was some force majeure situation that caused them to be delayed by a few hours! They justified it by saying they couldn't reach me...

Very Good Removal Service I hired Junk Pros to remove a very clutter apartment in Manhattan for a person that I am the Court Appointed Guardian. The Junk Pro Crew was very good at the task at hand and very professional. The only reason I did not give them a fifth star was because they cause some minor inconvenience to some of the other tenants in the building that required the Building's Superintendent to intervene.

Nope! Sorry, really wanted to book this company because their website says they do Quick Pickups and they even give estimated rates between $120-$250 and included how many furniture items these rates include. I only had a living room chair, not a sofa or a recliner for removal. When I called, the woman i spoke with quickly gave me a $250 minimum estimate. I referenced that this was a quick pickup (their term on the website). She said $250 and we would have to be in your area. Totally useless and kind of a bait and switch in my opinion. Not cool at all.
