Big Help Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.

Wonderful Service Junk Pros came out to clean out a 30,000 sqft building that my company owns but was abandoning in its current condition (lived in). The removal consisted of furniture, kitchen equipment, office equipment and garbage. The crew that came out were extremely professional. They did a fabulous job. Everything was done perfectly. They did not even leave one spec of dust or garbage anywhere. They were quick and the price couldn't be beat. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! The Junk Pros team was exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in New York City and I called in the Junk Pros for a very difficult clean-up of a two-bedroom estate listing. They gave us a very fast estimate and then cleared the space quickly and perfectly.
