They got the job done in a short period of time and cleaned up behind themselves. You would've never known the apartment had anything in it 2 hours prior. Highly recommended. Excellent customer service! The Junk Pros team was exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in New York City and I called in the Junk Pros for a very difficult clean-up of a two-bedroom estate listing. They gave us a very fast estimate and then cleared the space quickly and perfectly. Throughout the process, they were very flexible in dealing with us, and they were always easy to reach when we needed them. Great job on big load! I had the leftovers of 35 years of my late dad's apartment in Manhattan to remove. The job included a very large amount of old books, dilapidated furniture and other 80-year-old bachelor accumulations. Craig, Luis and crew did a great job. I was concerned that we might not get it done in one day. This is a group of professional hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job. The apartment is now empty and ready to prep for sale.

Wonderful Service Junk Pros came out to clean out a 30,000 sqft building that my company owns but was abandoning in its current condition (lived in). The removal consisted of furniture, kitchen equipment, office equipment and garbage. The crew that came out were extremely professional. They did a fabulous job. Everything was done perfectly. They did not even leave one spec of dust or garbage anywhere. They were quick and the price couldn't be beat. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Big Help Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.
