No one informed me that there was some force majeure situation that caused them to be delayed by a few hours! They justified it by saying they couldn't reach me...

They cleaned out my aunt's final… They cleaned out my aunt's final residence at Brookdale Battery Park following her death... from start to finish it was an excellent experience, reasonably priced, called back when they said they would call back, the driver even called the day of the clean-out as he was going to be half an hour later than the expected time. Had no need to supervise at all, the place was left perfectly broom clean, Brookdale quickly refunded from that day to the end of the month we had already paid for. Highly recommended.

Life Savers..... My father had to me moved to a nursing home and I needed to clean up his apartment for his return. I called The Junk Pros for an estimate, a gentleman came to my father's house and spoke to me about my situation and what I needed to do. After must consideration, I called and made an appointment; the team came and treated my fathers house and belongings with respect and took only the items i selected. Perfectly Professional ! I used them on two occasions in NY emptying a relatives apartment. The receptionist Rosie was so helpful, accommodating and really on the ball. The staff was beyond professional and fast. They have this moving thing down to a science. It was over so quickly, all the movers were cordial and helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone and their prices are a lot lower than 800-GOT-JUNK. Give them a call you will not be disappointed. They will work around your schedule.

Excellent customer service! The Junk Pros team was exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in New York City and I called in the Junk Pros for a very difficult clean-up of a two-bedroom estate listing. They gave us a very fast estimate and then cleared the space quickly and perfectly. Throughout the process, they were very flexible in dealing with us, and they were always easy to reach when we needed them.
