Nope! Sorry, really wanted to book this company because their website says they do Quick Pickups and they even give estimated rates between $120-$250 and included how many furniture items these rates include. I only had a living room chair, not a sofa or a recliner for removal. When I called, the woman i spoke with quickly gave me a $250 minimum estimate. I referenced that this was a quick pickup (their term on the website). She said $250 and we would have to be in your area. Totally useless and kind of a bait and switch in my opinion. Not cool at all.

Excellent customer service! The Junk Pros team was exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in New York City and I called in the Junk Pros for a very difficult clean-up of a two-bedroom estate listing. They gave us a very fast estimate and then cleared the space quickly and perfectly. Throughout the process, they were very flexible in dealing with us, and they were always easy to reach when we needed them. Perfectly Professional ! I used them on two occasions in NY emptying a relatives apartment. The receptionist Rosie was so helpful, accommodating and really on the ball. The staff was beyond professional and fast. They have this moving thing down to a science. It was over so quickly, all the movers were cordial and helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone and their prices are a lot lower than 800-GOT-JUNK. Give them a call you will not be disappointed. They will work around your schedule.

Big Help Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.
