Big Help Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.

Very Good Removal Service I hired Junk Pros to remove a very clutter apartment in Manhattan for a person that I am the Court Appointed Guardian. The Junk Pro Crew was very good at the task at hand and very professional. The only reason I did not give them a fifth star was because they cause some minor inconvenience to some of the other tenants in the building that required the Building's Superintendent to intervene.

Great job on big load! I had the leftovers of 35 years of my late dad's apartment in Manhattan to remove. The job included a very large amount of old books, dilapidated furniture and other 80-year-old bachelor accumulations. Craig, Luis and crew did a great job. I was concerned that we might not get it done in one day. This is a group of professional hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job. The apartment is now empty and ready to prep for sale.

Junk Pros are the real pros! Excellent service all around. Rosie, the customer service representative with whom I worked, was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The estimator came out on-time and gave us a fair quote. Craig and his team then came on the date and time scheduled -- even a little early -- cleared out all the junk and swept the floor clean. Craig and his team never pushed back, but just took everything we could give him and then made sure we were satisfied before leaving. What I anticipated being a big hassle was really quite simple. They were real thorough They were real thorough, cleaning every nook and cranny. Used green products too which I liked. My pad's never looked so spotless! Gonna get them to come over regular from now on for sure.
