Dumb AJ Is a no good punk accusing me of blocking his number but I shut my phone off too avoid him pissing me off he's a big jerk he's been one sense the day I met him. Now David is supposed too be working along side of me outta SLS service's with this company but he doesn't due alot properly like coming in my house laying down an his feet on my furniture. I was taken too a move wasted $30.00 an never watched it cus my worker made me leave due too other stuff so im never going too a movie with him again he's a boarding person

Amazing product quality, helpful and efficient custom service, and user friendly website! I love the product quality and customer service response in the event of shipping problems. Everyone is so helpful and ordering through this website is a breeze. The products are amazing! Everything I have tried (which is everything but the dishwasher gel as I don't have that luxury appliance, lol) works better than any off-the-shelf cleaners I have ever used and is safer for my little dog and my sensitive hands and lungs.

Disappointed with customer service after receiving damaged products I've used Better Life since 2013 when I saw them on Shark Tank and I love the products! Beginning in 2020 I began to have problems with the delivery of my orders. At least three orders had leaking or empty bottles, broken sprayers, or dented bottles. I recently asked a customer rep if they could send me a few sprayers as I currently have none that work and I still have several unopened bottles and they refused to help.

Have been using Better Life products… Have been using Better Life products for some time. Love that they are safe for children and pets while doing an excellent job of cleaning and protecting our environment. Also, the scents are pretty great.
