Totally messed up my order & could not… Totally messed up my order & could not seem to figure out how to fix it, though it was VERY SIMPLE!!! So annoyed with this company right now!!!! Customer service cannot comprehend logic, I guess. Products are good though, but they need help with following through on orders & customer service!!!

Better Life products work great! I’m a big fan of Better Life cleaning products and have used them for years. The Stain & Odor Eliminator does a wonderful job of cleaning up stains and messes across the board, leaving behind only a nice clean smell.

I think better life Services is a damn… I think better life Services is a damn joke I had a meeting a week ago with AJ about finding out who my new reigonal center caseworker would be he told me he'd get back too me an still hasnt he's been ignoring my phone calls an text messages an I don't understand it that's bad but he has the nerve too ask my sls worker questions on me if he has seen me or how I am. That's dumb he's a horrible head director I hope he loses his job David should have his job he's a jerk AJ he's a ass hole Today I txt AJ about reigonal center he avoided my txt for 3 days which u know is unprofessionalism I got no respect for him he just lies an is rude. I hate him but I like David alot I will no longer allow AJ in my place anymore he's a dick

Dumb AJ Is a no good punk accusing me of blocking his number but I shut my phone off too avoid him pissing me off he's a big jerk he's been one sense the day I met him. Now David is supposed too be working along side of me outta SLS service's with this company but he doesn't due alot properly like coming in my house laying down an his feet on my furniture. I was taken too a move wasted $30.00 an never watched it cus my worker made me leave due too other stuff so im never going too a movie with him again he's a boarding person

Disappointed with customer service after receiving damaged products I've used Better Life since 2013 when I saw them on Shark Tank and I love the products! Beginning in 2020 I began to have problems with the delivery of my orders. At least three orders had leaking or empty bottles, broken sprayers, or dented bottles. I recently asked a customer rep if they could send me a few sprayers as I currently have none that work and I still have several unopened bottles and they refused to help.
