JPI like the biweekly service I like the biweekly service because it’s usually tidying up or completing things I overlook. It’s helpful but I’m not so sure about what gets done. I pay for 3 hours and have it set to tidying up clutter, floors, stove and oven but when I come home I only notice some clutter organized and the stove top clean; other times my house is perfect. It’s really inconsistent even though I use the same cleaner. I don’t like it when my cleaner puts stuff away in the wrong cabinet (example bread on top of my canned vegetables or random dishes with my cups?).

GBUnsatisfactory Cleaners were 5 minutes late, left 5 minutes early. Spot cleaned my walls and left white streaks all over the walls, did not clean the vent inside or out, did not dust the hanging light in the dining room, did not clean the thermostats or phone monitors. I asked the cleaners to go back and clean the thermostats and phones because they were dusty; they only cleaned 1. Our house was (in their words) “the cleanest PCS clean they’ve done,” yet our clean house was not any cleaner than when we left. I emailed the general email and asked about our invoice because it was $482.40 (6 minutes over the 12 hours for 2 cleaners) and their response was that that includes when they clock in to unload and load their supplies. I emailed back and said that was from the time they pulled up and pulled away, and I got no response back. The cleaners sat on my front porch when they were done for at least 10 minutes “waiting for the floor to dry” and still pulled away 5 minutes early, yet I was still charged. I paid the invoice for the simple fact that I didn’t want to be charged a late fee. The $2.40 was not the issue, it is the principal that I had to pay for more time than they were even there and the job was mediocre. These cleaners did at best mediocre work for what I left my house looking like. I debated on micromanaging their cleaning based on the Facebook reviews and talk about how horrible Oso was, but decided against it. Now I wish I would have because there’s no way they cleaned the whole 6 hours in a house that only needed not everyday cleaning. The only thing I was impressed with was the inside of the oven cleaning. 10/10 do not recommend. These ladies have no experience cleaning and I would never recommend this company. The customer service was less than awful.

GBAC Cleaning I just did an AC cleaning before we turned on the heat and they cleaned them faster than expected and did a great job!

JPI wanted to try Oso Services I wanted to try Oso Services because I think it’s great how they streamline so many services for our convenience. They were easy to schedule with, provided great and consistent communication, and our sitter was great. We ran into an emergency while traveling and even though I had said we would be back in the afternoon, our sitter Olivia reached out to see if we needed her in the evening anyway, which was extremely helpful and took away one extra stress for our family. I was very happy with our experience and would love to utilize Oso Services again!
