They exceeded our expectations and helped get our home back on track with a thorough clean. Scheduling was needlessly tedious Scheduling was needlessly tedious. You go through the process of selecting a date and how many hours of cleaning you would like, only to have to repeat yourself while filling out more documentation and again in email trafficking between the staff. Didn’t get scheduled until a week after my selected date even though the date showed available on the calendar. Then at the end of it all the areas I specifically asked to have cleaned were left untouched.
