Busy Mom of
JPI like the biweekly service I like the biweekly service because it’s usually tidying up or completing things I overlook. It’s helpful but I’m not so sure about what gets done. I pay for 3 hours and have it set to tidying up clutter, floors, stove and oven but when I come home I only notice some clutter organized and the stove top clean; other times my house is perfect. It’s really inconsistent even though I use the same cleaner. I don’t like it when my cleaner puts stuff away in the wrong cabinet (example bread on top of my canned vegetables or random dishes with my cups?).

GBHired one of the girls to watch my dogs… Hired one of the girls to watch my dogs for 1 Saturday consisted of 3 shifts. She did an amazing job, communication was great!!

GBScheduling was needlessly tedious Scheduling was needlessly tedious. You go through the process of selecting a date and how many hours of cleaning you would like, only to have to repeat yourself while filling out more documentation and again in email trafficking between the staff. Didn’t get scheduled until a week after my selected date even though the date showed available on the calendar. Then at the end of it all the areas I specifically asked to have cleaned were left untouched.

JPCallie H is literal perfection Callie is so attentive to detail and leaves my house feeling brand new! She always goes above and beyond when she tackles my house and I couldn’t have a better superwoman to do this!

JPGreat job! Jackie had no problem dealing with my two small dogs for the cleaning. When I returned the house smelled clean and was sparkling!
