The catalog showed an electrostatic mop… The catalog showed an electrostatic mop shown with a mop bar, so I ordered it (5"x24"). When it arrived, it was not made for a bar attachment, and had no straps or any way to connect to a bar. Disappointed.

I ordered 35 items, the first shipment arrived in error with only 34 items. I had to call customer service to get 1 items shipped, which caused delays. I would have liked compensation.

I bought a mop less than a month ago… I bought a mop less than a month ago and I'm very disappointed. in the first week the velcro that is in the lower part took off, it is caught by the screws only, and now the cable has caught and does not reduce. I'm upset and I plan on returning this product.
