Great Customer Service!! We ordered a microfiber mop and when it arrived, it was defective. The telescoping handle wouldn’t adjust. I called the customer service line, got right through, and the lady was very nice and sent me a video on how to correct. After watching the video, it still wouldn’t adjust and when I called the customers service line back, a man told me that I must have gotten a defective mop handle and immediately sent out a new one! When it arrived, it was perfect!! I recommend this company based on the excellent customer service it provides. Way to go, Microfiber!

The catalog showed an electrostatic mop… The catalog showed an electrostatic mop shown with a mop bar, so I ordered it (5"x24"). When it arrived, it was not made for a bar attachment, and had no straps or any way to connect to a bar. Disappointed.

I bought a mop less than a month ago… I bought a mop less than a month ago and I'm very disappointed. in the first week the velcro that is in the lower part took off, it is caught by the screws only, and now the cable has caught and does not reduce. I'm upset and I plan on returning this product.
