USGreat Customer Service!! We ordered a microfiber mop and when it arrived, it was defective. The telescoping handle wouldn’t adjust. I called the customer service line, got right through, and the lady was very nice and sent me a video on how to correct. After watching the video, it still wouldn’t adjust and when I called the customers service line back, a man told me that I must have gotten a defective mop handle and immediately sent out a new one! When it arrived, it was perfect!! I recommend this company based on the excellent customer service it provides. Way to go, Microfiber!

USMy order came in 2 different shipments My order came in 2 different shipments. I would have liked an update on the later shipment, but did not get any notifications. I ordered 35 items, the first shipment arrived in error with only 34 items. I had to call customer service to get 1 items shipped, which caused delays. I would have liked compensation.
