GBAwful service and support Tried to book three times only to be cancelled last minute with zero explanation. I raised it up with support and they were very patronizing and said there are no pros in my area. I find this hard to believe as I am in the heart of Atlanta. I’m now scrambling to find service myself after wasting so much time on this app. Oh yeah, and they take payment in advance so even if your pro doesn’t show up, they have your money.

CATERRIBLE CLEANING COMPANY TERRIBLE CLEANING COMPANY! I used Cleanster for Airbnb and everytime the cleaned my Airbnb it was left dirty. All of my guest left a one star review for the cleaning and when I communicated this issue with Cleanster I got calls from people who yelled at me, said it was my problem and did not fix the problem. I was once told by the cleaner I needed new linens for the bed. I bought the linens, brought it to them and that same day when I had a check-in, people left my airbnb because the linens were not changed. When I told Cleanster about this issue they just screamed at me on the phone and said I should be grateful for their service. Not professional, poor serivce, and an awful cleaning company

CAhorrible customer service. I had a good experience with the cleaner but not everything was done according to their « deep cleaning » description. I tried getting in touch with their customer service over 5 times and they never respond. I finally received an email and then they stopped responding again. Terrible customer service. I also referred a friend and never received my 25$ coupon but my friend did.
