Failed promiseThis company promised to my our stuff… This company promised to move our stuff from Phily to Chicago in 3-7 business days. They did not move for more than a month. They are unprofessional. They don’t accept credit card They are a bogus company. Please note this review is about OAKDALE MOVERS & STORAGE BASED OUT OF FLORIDA!. They are not real movers They are just brokers They are making promises they can’t keep. We are writing this review only to help the public not to be fooled.

Professional company Not sure about the negative reviews because it was a smooth and pleasant experience that I had with Oakdale moving and storage. Jacob was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The movers were prompt, courteous, and very careful. Price wise it was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all my moving needs!

would give them 0 stars would give them 0 stars. I am a disabled Vet who was going to move. I thought everything was fine, until the home purchase fell through. this company refuses to return my deposit. I mad the deposit before I signed a contract. their is only a 72 hr cancellation policy, buried in the contract. no one identified this in any conversation. I canceled over a month before the scheduled move. the refused to return the deposit. this is one shady company and the billing department and customer service is terrible. they said only the owner can enable a refund and they refused to give me their contact info.
