Above and beyond customer service I received a letter in the mail claiming I was late on my renewal for my LLC. I quickly jumped on the internet and filed with New Business Filing. Afterwards, I checked my state account and found out that I wasn't due to renew until March! I was incredibly embarrassed and called right away to explain the situation. I was fooled by the… I was fooled by the newbusinessfiling.org website. I was misled that I was entering the State of NJ site. The link said "Online Filing-NJ Secretary of State". We ended up paying an additional $125 to file a document that I entered all the info myself. For me this was a ripoff. Now they have my credit card information and personal information Beware!!!
