I was fooled by the… I was fooled by the newbusinessfiling.org website. I was misled that I was entering the State of NJ site. The link said "Online Filing-NJ Secretary of State". We ended up paying an additional $125 to file a document that I entered all the info myself. For me this was a ripoff. Now they have my credit card information and personal information Beware!!!

Re-filing while delinquent With all the craziness, these Covid restrictions are placing on business' and our customers, I totally forgot to re-file. Expecting late fees and a stern reminder to be more timely in the future. I was pleasantly suprised to receive neither one. I was able to complete the filing online. The staff had a couple questions, they called and quickly got the info they needed with a minimum interruption of our business day. Well done.

Above and beyond customer service I received a letter in the mail claiming I was late on my renewal for my LLC. I quickly jumped on the internet and filed with New Business Filing. Afterwards, I checked my state account and found out that I wasn't due to renew until March! I was incredibly embarrassed and called right away to explain the situation. New Business Filing refunded my money, and have absolutely gained my trust and respect! Thank you!

Scam This is a scam. They will charge you 100$ initially and then charge you another 298$ for reasons unexplained. This is frustrating and I feel that I have been taken advantage of.
