The biggest issue that needs addressed… The biggest issue that needs addressed is communication! One phone call and one email TO THAT SAME PERSON confirming a price is enough! We are a busy office and when 3 people receive a call and then emails are sent, the orders are duplicated. This is extra cost and AGGRAVATION to our people. I think your orders need to be handled by ONE PERSON. Not 2 or 3 in your office!!!!! Please consider a revision of your work flow to save time and money on both of our ends. Rob you blind. There was a water main break on the block where my company is located. We have over 70 employees that work inside during the day and needed portable potties for a few hours as we had no water or working rest rooms. We were charged a premium price for the urgent need and promised the potties would be there immediately. They showed up three hours later, did not offer any type of discount and no apology. The water was back on less then two hours later. This was completely unacceptable. We will never use them or refer them again.

I've found LDR to be very easy to work… I've found LDR to be very easy to work with - they delivered the roll off dumpsters that I ordered on time with no problems. Everyone I've spoken with in customer service has been very helpful & friendly. Will definitely use again!
