GBIts a scam Unfortunately, I opened a LLC company by using e delaware. They told me that they will provide me ITIN number, this never happened. I sent them an email regarding my ITIN, they said they are sorry, afterwards they send me email saying that I own them franchise tax, they are sending emails like they are government agents to intimidate you, now I say I want to close my company, they said they are going to charge that too, they put false advertising and false information, I want my money back. I paid $1000 for opening just for EIN number which I never used my company. No records of this found with IRS. Total fraud by this company! Do not use!

PHScam company Scam company. They claim to offer ITIN service for individuals. After you make payment you cannot contact company again. Attempted to contact company for 3 days through email, phone and website. No response. Only received response after I emailed that I filed dispute with my credit card company. Do not send this company any personal information.
