LTFinally got my money back I have lost more than 20 weeks expecting to get ITIN from this company, but they failed. I had a lot of trouble getting my money back from them, but finally, I got them. I would suggest looking to get this service elsewhere.

USTotal SCAM After 6 months waiting for my ITIN, I read the previous review here, and got a hunch, call IRS (3 times) and no agent found my application. DO NOT trust this company, they dont provide any proof of they deliver docs on IRS, just collect money and wait to keep it. TOTAL SCAM!!!

USI had a great experience with customer… I had a great experience with customer support from E-Delaware; Lena was amazing. They have been very responsive and helped me troubleshoot my issues quickly. They were also very friendly. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of customer support I received from E-Delaware. We are still waiting to complete the process, but so far, so good. I will provide an update once the process is complete.
