GBIts a scam Unfortunately, I opened a LLC company by using e delaware. They told me that they will provide me ITIN number, this never happened. I sent them an email regarding my ITIN, they said they are sorry, afterwards they send me email saying that I own them franchise tax, they are sending emails like they are government agents to intimidate you, now I say I want to close my company, they said they are going to charge that too, they put false advertising and false information, I want my money back. I paid $1000 for opening just for EIN number which I never used my company. No records of this found with IRS. Total fraud by this company! Do not use!
