Great Service These people were there everywhere along the way with great service. No question was too much to answer.

Unkept Promises Sent the wrong LED light and when I asked for the proper one they told me they were out of stock and one would be sent ASAP. The owner (KURT) also called me and promised the same and even added a note in my account that one would be sent. Well, 2 months later, ( as he requested I wait ), no bulb and account deleted. Emails ignored, and phone calls not returned. Avoid these people they are not trustworthy.

Could not ask for better customer support Vicki and Cee have been great from LED. What I ordered came with expedience but ended up not being exactly what I wanted. Returning the item couldn't have been easier. There has been a delay in my new shipment ONLY BECAUSE what I wanted hasn't been "invented" yet. They have kept an eye all all sources to find what I am looking for. They did find what I am looking for and have kept me updated on a regular basis as to when my item will be completely through manufacturing. And wanting something that is before the curve--they found it amazingly fast. Helpful and friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Do you ever answer you phone? I have called several times with question and even left messages. NEVER received a call back. I want to buy more LED lights but have some questions. Yes, I did receive my original order but wanted more.
