GBDo you ever answer you phone? I have called several times with question and even left messages. NEVER received a call back. I want to buy more LED lights but have some questions. Yes, I did receive my original order but wanted more.

GBCould not ask for better customer support Vicki and Cee have been great from LED. What I ordered came with expedience but ended up not being exactly what I wanted. Returning the item couldn't have been easier. There has been a delay in my new shipment ONLY BECAUSE what I wanted hasn't been "invented" yet. They have kept an eye all all sources to find what I am looking for. They did find what I am looking for and have kept me updated on a regular basis as to when my item will be completely through manufacturing. And wanting something that is before the curve--they found it amazingly fast. Helpful and friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

GBVery customer oriented! These people went way out of their way to make sure I got the correct products. There were some problems, most of which were caused by my mistakes, and they could have walked away or made life difficult. Instead, they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended.
