USABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE! I PLACED AN ORDER ON THEIR SITE 3 DAYS AGO. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER I REALIZED I WAS CHARGED SHIPPING BUT THEIR HOME PAGE STATES "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS". I ALSO HAD A FEW OTHER PRODUCT QUESTIONS. SO I GAVE THEM A CALL...NO ANSWER. I HAVE SINCE CALLED A DOZEN TIMES AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES! I STILL HAVEN'T SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE! BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING MY CARD $200!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

USUnkept Promises Sent the wrong LED light and when I asked for the proper one they told me they were out of stock and one would be sent ASAP. The owner (KURT) also called me and promised the same and even added a note in my account that one would be sent. Well, 2 months later, ( as he requested I wait ), no bulb and account deleted. Emails ignored, and phone calls not returned. Avoid these people they are not trustworthy.

USExcellent customer service! I called and asked for a quantity discount and found out the item I was looking for was no longer available. They found me the newer version and still gave me the quantity discount. They called to discuss everything personally.

USDo you ever answer you phone? I have called several times with question and even left messages. NEVER received a call back. I want to buy more LED lights but have some questions. Yes, I did receive my original order but wanted more.
