Very customer oriented! These people went way out of their way to make sure I got the correct products. There were some problems, most of which were caused by my mistakes, and they could have walked away or made life difficult. Instead, they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE! I PLACED AN ORDER ON THEIR SITE 3 DAYS AGO. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER I REALIZED I WAS CHARGED SHIPPING BUT THEIR HOME PAGE STATES "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS". I ALSO HAD A FEW OTHER PRODUCT QUESTIONS. SO I GAVE THEM A CALL...NO ANSWER. I HAVE SINCE CALLED A DOZEN TIMES AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES! I STILL HAVEN'T SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE! BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING MY CARD $200!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!
