Unkept Promises Sent the wrong LED light and when I asked for the proper one they told me they were out of stock and one would be sent ASAP. The owner (KURT) also called me and promised the same and even added a note in my account that one would be sent. Well, 2 months later, ( as he requested I wait ), no bulb and account deleted. Emails ignored, and phone calls not returned. Avoid these people they are not trustworthy.

Very customer oriented! These people went way out of their way to make sure I got the correct products. There were some problems, most of which were caused by my mistakes, and they could have walked away or made life difficult. Instead, they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.
