They provided a very simple installation procedure, and the system provides our patients multiple and easy ways to pay. Part of their program offers a hosted payment page, at no charge to us as well as allowing us to invoice our patients for electronic payments right out of our own software system. At no charge, they customized some of the payment features to match what our offering to patients are. Because of these it made things easier for our multiple locations and users, who provide different specialties. Overall program is a big benefit and a lot easier to use then our prior system.
