Annual service performed professionally CDS maintains the Generac standby generator at our home. As in previous years, they contacted us when it was time to renew, and took care of the service without any fuss. We lose power about 2-4 times/year, and the generator has always worked fine.

They arrived on time and performed the… They arrived on time and performed the installation quickly and professionally. They demonstrated how to start the generator, perform the switch over from external power to the generator and back. They then walked us thru the switchover and back. They diagrammed and labeled the circuits in the ne sub-panel and the circuits in the original panel that were still active. They also labeled the new spare circuits on the main panel. All in all a great job.

Tech Jake arrived at our home on… Tech Jake arrived at our home on 7/22/2022 and started working on Generac after we told him the problem we were having. At first, he thought it was the battery but he looked at the terminals going to the battery and they were corroded causing a bad connection and not sending voltage to startup unit. So he replaced them and it started right up. The last Tech should have caught this but that's another story. However, because of this mistake they didn't charge us for anything and we greatly appreciate it. Now we're getting ready to purchase a new one since we had this since 2006. Again, thanks to Jake he saved the day and so has Generac! Your Customer Service is outstanding as well.
