After we call them and they told us that they will arrived in 35 min, we had to call them because they didn’t arrive and then they said 20 more min, and never showed up, we tried to call them again and did not answered the phone, even the 24/7 call center, never pick up. We wait until 2 am and leave to a hotel with our 2 new born babys. Worst service ever

Key made from stored image didn't work. I made a key from one stored in memory. The first key I copied and that created the stored scan worked. However, the key made from the stored scan did not work. The refund was prompt and painless. One note, when logging into the Kiosk to make a key from one stored on my account, the Kiosk required "dual-authentication" via my cell phone. In theory, great. In practice, you get locked out of your house and leave cell phone inside. It's the same problem w/ computer password managers that need to dual authenticate to your phone, that you lost.... lol. Sometimes you just want one password that you trust.
