Price is over the top. I love having keys with different colors/team mascots/designs, etc so at one glance I know where it goes. But seriously? $8 a key when the machine does all the work. I know, maintenance, debit/credit card fees, etc. But still extremely high and not a lot of design choices at my store.

Worst service ever Worst service ever. After we call them and they told us that they will arrived in 35 min, we had to call them because they didn’t arrive and then they said 20 more min, and never showed up, we tried to call them again and did not answered the phone, even the 24/7 call center, never pick up. We wait until 2 am and leave to a hotel with our 2 new born babys. Worst service ever

Used a KeyMe self service key machine… Used a KeyMe self service key machine in January 2024 in Walmart store at 4444 W VINE ST KISSIMMEE, FL, 34746. Instructions easy to follow, low price with price offers for blank type and more than 1 copy. Cut keys were perfect.

Ease & Accurate Key Experience The machine was inside a Walmart in Sierra Vista, Az. Very easy to follow instructions. Key works perfectly!! The convenience of NOT having to go to a different store, walking to find where keys are made, waiting for a employee to help..... well your machine worked MARVELOUSLY & PERFECTLY!!! Kudos!!
