Used a KeyMe self service key machine… Used a KeyMe self service key machine in January 2024 in Walmart store at 4444 W VINE ST KISSIMMEE, FL, 34746. Instructions easy to follow, low price with price offers for blank type and more than 1 copy. Cut keys were perfect.

Know this before ordering ... The process of ordering the key was easy. However, I was not told on the machine I ordered from that the blank was not available in the machine until I put in all my information. It took longer than the 3 days I was advised (by a few days) and then the key did not work. After about a minute of jimmying it, it did turn, but that would be a hassle to use it. There was no return information included or information on what to do if they did not work.

Price is over the top. I love having keys with different colors/team mascots/designs, etc so at one glance I know where it goes. But seriously? $8 a key when the machine does all the work. I know, maintenance, debit/credit card fees, etc. But still extremely high and not a lot of design choices at my store.

Although, the time changed from 30 minutes to one hour, when they arrived they were professional, fast, and efficient. No issues with customer support either.
