The ease of using the kiosk was pretty… The ease of using the kiosk was pretty simple and straightforward. The dollar amount was also reasonable. I tried to make a key that was not on the list but found out after I paid ( payment always first) and was granted a refund that NEVER came. That's the only negative thing😩

Know this before ordering ... The process of ordering the key was easy. However, I was not told on the machine I ordered from that the blank was not available in the machine until I put in all my information. It took longer than the 3 days I was advised (by a few days) and then the key did not work. After about a minute of jimmying it, it did turn, but that would be a hassle to use it. There was no return information included or information on what to do if they did not work.

I’ve been needing to duplicate a key but didn’t want to go into a hardware store, find a clerk, etc. So when I saw your machine in a neighborhood grocery store I used it. My key works like a charm. Not anywhere near the service they claim to be or have They claim to be better than a locksmith and have a 100% price guarantee. Well, they weren’t either of these. The keys didn’t work, and they didn’t refund my original payment, upon initial contact. After much prodding, I’m supposed to be getting the full price back in a refund. We shall see! But for now, I don’t suggest that you use this kiosk system. As you can see, the kiosk cut isn’t anywhere near the original key.

Unfortunately, my other key could not be cut, but no one seems to have those blanks, so I am not complaining. I highly recommend their quick and accurate key-cutting service!
