Price is over the top. I love having keys with different colors/team mascots/designs, etc so at one glance I know where it goes. But seriously? $8 a key when the machine does all the work. I know, maintenance, debit/credit card fees, etc. But still extremely high and not a lot of design choices at my store.

Although, the time changed from 30 minutes to one hour, when they arrived they were professional, fast, and efficient. No issues with customer support either. Worst service ever Worst service ever. After we call them and they told us that they will arrived in 35 min, we had to call them because they didn’t arrive and then they said 20 more min, and never showed up, we tried to call them again and did not answered the phone, even the 24/7 call center, never pick up. We wait until 2 am and leave to a hotel with our 2 new born babys. Worst service ever

Convenient Very helpful and easy to make my key copy. I liked the instant selections and the deals. I ordered all 4 copies together because it was easier but would’ve like to be able to ship a couple designs under the buy 4 deal. It would've been better if the machine had a menu , website, directions, or payment posted on it saying it is card only, no cash, BEFORE having to put a key into it.
