I made 2 different accounts. I made 2 different accounts, one with my wife's car and email and one with my email and car. Her car keys worked that I got made ,mine had a tooth missing so it won't start my car, 80$ down the drain on something I can't take to get fixed. Like I said my wife's worked fine, I'm happy, I don't lose my keys like her lol. It's a great idea and works but the scanner didn't scan my key good ( I'm guessing it's the scanner) .

OK, security concerns All went well. Biggest concern was the key data that had to be sent out ( internet) to be made. I have no idea how or IF the data is encrypted and / or sent & stored securely. Plus.... is the information DELETED without backups that could be hacked or stolen somehow. I need assurances.

Although, the time changed from 30 minutes to one hour, when they arrived they were professional, fast, and efficient. No issues with customer support either. Multiple keys ive gotten do not work… Multiple keys ive gotten do not work and theres no way to take them back or return them without just paying and hoping the new ones work. I always het Multiple because usually 2 wont work out of 3. I began using ace ha4dware who has a physical person and easy returns.
