The ease of using the kiosk was pretty… The ease of using the kiosk was pretty simple and straightforward. The dollar amount was also reasonable. I tried to make a key that was not on the list but found out after I paid ( payment always first) and was granted a refund that NEVER came. That's the only negative thing😩

Convenient Very helpful and easy to make my key copy. I liked the instant selections and the deals. I ordered all 4 copies together because it was easier but would’ve like to be able to ship a couple designs under the buy 4 deal. It would've been better if the machine had a menu , website, directions, or payment posted on it saying it is card only, no cash, BEFORE having to put a key into it.

Your machine wouldn't take my business… Your machine wouldn't take my business credit card so I had to pay with my personal card. Your location question didn't recognize my location. I recommend you do not send these review requests if they don't work. Waste of my time.

Although, the time changed from 30 minutes to one hour, when they arrived they were professional, fast, and efficient. No issues with customer support either. Price is over the top. I love having keys with different colors/team mascots/designs, etc so at one glance I know where it goes. But seriously? $8 a key when the machine does all the work. I know, maintenance, debit/credit card fees, etc. But still extremely high and not a lot of design choices at my store.
