Convenient Very helpful and easy to make my key copy. I liked the instant selections and the deals. I ordered all 4 copies together because it was easier but would’ve like to be able to ship a couple designs under the buy 4 deal. It would've been better if the machine had a menu , website, directions, or payment posted on it saying it is card only, no cash, BEFORE having to put a key into it.

Your machine wouldn't take my business… Your machine wouldn't take my business credit card so I had to pay with my personal card. Your location question didn't recognize my location. I recommend you do not send these review requests if they don't work. Waste of my time.

I had several keys made at the same… I had several keys made at the same time. This made the process a little confusing to me but also a great value. It made me having to keep the different keys separate to cut down confusion. It offers additional keys for discounted price which is a great bonus. I had one key to a cabinet, that KeyMe could not make a key for me. That was disappointing to me. Overall, great experience. I know what to expect the next time I use it. Thanks

Great Key-osk It was such a breeze. So simple, self explanatory and great end result! I’ve been needing to duplicate a key but didn’t want to go into a hardware store, find a clerk, etc. So when I saw your machine in a neighborhood grocery store I used it. My key works like a charm. The automated machine cut my house keys… The automated machine cut my house keys quickly and they were perfect. They worked without any issues. Unfortunately, my other key could not be cut, but no one seems to have those blanks, so I am not complaining. I highly recommend their quick and accurate key-cutting service!
