The keys didn’t work, and they didn’t refund my original payment, upon initial contact. After much prodding, I’m supposed to be getting the full price back in a refund. We shall see! But for now, I don’t suggest that you use this kiosk system. As you can see, the kiosk cut isn’t anywhere near the original key.

Unfortunately, my other key could not be cut, but no one seems to have those blanks, so I am not complaining. I highly recommend their quick and accurate key-cutting service!

I tried to make a key that was not on the list but found out after I paid ( payment always first) and was granted a refund that NEVER came. That's the only negative thing😩
