The keys didn’t work, and they didn’t refund my original payment, upon initial contact. After much prodding, I’m supposed to be getting the full price back in a refund. We shall see! But for now, I don’t suggest that you use this kiosk system. As you can see, the kiosk cut isn’t anywhere near the original key.

OK, security concerns All went well. Biggest concern was the key data that had to be sent out ( internet) to be made. I have no idea how or IF the data is encrypted and / or sent & stored securely. Plus.... is the information DELETED without backups that could be hacked or stolen somehow. I need assurances.

Great Key-osk It was such a breeze. So simple, self explanatory and great end result! I’ve been needing to duplicate a key but didn’t want to go into a hardware store, find a clerk, etc. So when I saw your machine in a neighborhood grocery store I used it. My key works like a charm. Your machine wouldn't take my business… Your machine wouldn't take my business credit card so I had to pay with my personal card. Your location question didn't recognize my location. I recommend you do not send these review requests if they don't work. Waste of my time.

I had several keys made at the same… I had several keys made at the same time. This made the process a little confusing to me but also a great value. It made me having to keep the different keys separate to cut down confusion. It offers additional keys for discounted price which is a great bonus. I had one key to a cabinet, that KeyMe could not make a key for me. That was disappointing to me. Overall, great experience. I know what to expect the next time I use it. Thanks
