Locked out
GBKnow this before ordering ... The process of ordering the key was easy. However, I was not told on the machine I ordered from that the blank was not available in the machine until I put in all my information. It took longer than the 3 days I was advised (by a few days) and then the key did not work. After about a minute of jimmying it, it did turn, but that would be a hassle to use it. There was no return information included or information on what to do if they did not work.

GBI had several keys made at the same… I had several keys made at the same time. This made the process a little confusing to me but also a great value. It made me having to keep the different keys separate to cut down confusion. It offers additional keys for discounted price which is a great bonus. I had one key to a cabinet, that KeyMe could not make a key for me. That was disappointing to me. Overall, great experience. I know what to expect the next time I use it. Thanks

GBBoth keys don’t work Both keys don’t work - the one from Walmart is so much higher (cut in the key) than original- second key in the mail looks close but doesn’t work - bummer that it didn’t work…..

GBAlthough, the time changed from 30 minutes to one hour, when they arrived they were professional, fast, and efficient. No issues with customer support either.
