OK, security concerns All went well. Biggest concern was the key data that had to be sent out ( internet) to be made. I have no idea how or IF the data is encrypted and / or sent & stored securely. Plus.... is the information DELETED without backups that could be hacked or stolen somehow. I need assurances.

Worst service ever Worst service ever. After we call them and they told us that they will arrived in 35 min, we had to call them because they didn’t arrive and then they said 20 more min, and never showed up, we tried to call them again and did not answered the phone, even the 24/7 call center, never pick up. Great Key-osk It was such a breeze. So simple, self explanatory and great end result! I’ve been needing to duplicate a key but didn’t want to go into a hardware store, find a clerk, etc. So when I saw your machine in a neighborhood grocery store I used it. My key works like a charm.
