Convenient Very helpful and easy to make my key copy. I liked the instant selections and the deals. I ordered all 4 copies together because it was easier but would’ve like to be able to ship a couple designs under the buy 4 deal. It would've been better if the machine had a menu , website, directions, or payment posted on it saying it is card only, no cash, BEFORE having to put a key into it.

Although, the time changed from 30 minutes to one hour, when they arrived they were professional, fast, and efficient. No issues with customer support either. Key made from stored image didn't work. I made a key from one stored in memory. The first key I copied and that created the stored scan worked. However, the key made from the stored scan did not work. The refund was prompt and painless. One note, when logging into the Kiosk to make a key from one stored on my account, the Kiosk required "dual-authentication" via my cell phone. In theory, great. In practice, you get locked out of your house and leave cell phone inside. It's the same problem w/ computer password managers that need to dual authenticate to your phone, that you lost.... lol. Sometimes you just want one password that you trust.
