Ease & Accurate Key Experience The machine was inside a Walmart in Sierra Vista, Az. Very easy to follow instructions. Key works perfectly!! The convenience of NOT having to go to a different store, walking to find where keys are made, waiting for a employee to help..... well your machine worked MARVELOUSLY & PERFECTLY!!! Kudos!!

Know this before ordering ... The process of ordering the key was easy. However, I was not told on the machine I ordered from that the blank was not available in the machine until I put in all my information. It took longer than the 3 days I was advised (by a few days) and then the key did not work. After about a minute of jimmying it, it did turn, but that would be a hassle to use it. There was no return information included or information on what to do if they did not work.

Although, the time changed from 30 minutes to one hour, when they arrived they were professional, fast, and efficient. No issues with customer support either. Both keys don’t work Both keys don’t work - the one from Walmart is so much higher (cut in the key) than original- second key in the mail looks close but doesn’t work - bummer that it didn’t work…..

Not anywhere near the service they claim to be or have They claim to be better than a locksmith and have a 100% price guarantee. Well, they weren’t either of these. The keys didn’t work, and they didn’t refund my original payment, upon initial contact. After much prodding, I’m supposed to be getting the full price back in a refund. We shall see! But for now, I don’t suggest that you use this kiosk system. As you can see, the kiosk cut isn’t anywhere near the original key.
