Know this before ordering ... The process of ordering the key was easy. However, I was not told on the machine I ordered from that the blank was not available in the machine until I put in all my information. It took longer than the 3 days I was advised (by a few days) and then the key did not work. After about a minute of jimmying it, it did turn, but that would be a hassle to use it. There was no return information included or information on what to do if they did not work.

Price is over the top. I love having keys with different colors/team mascots/designs, etc so at one glance I know where it goes. But seriously? $8 a key when the machine does all the work. I know, maintenance, debit/credit card fees, etc. But still extremely high and not a lot of design choices at my store.

Key made from stored image didn't work. I made a key from one stored in memory. The first key I copied and that created the stored scan worked. However, the key made from the stored scan did not work. The refund was prompt and painless. One note, when logging into the Kiosk to make a key from one stored on my account, the Kiosk required "dual-authentication" via my cell phone. In theory, great. In practice, you get locked out of your house and leave cell phone inside. It's the same problem w/ computer password managers that need to dual authenticate to your phone, that you lost.... lol. Sometimes you just want one password that you trust.

Although, the time changed from 30 minutes to one hour, when they arrived they were professional, fast, and efficient. No issues with customer support either. I had several keys made at the same… I had several keys made at the same time. This made the process a little confusing to me but also a great value. It made me having to keep the different keys separate to cut down confusion. It offers additional keys for discounted price which is a great bonus. I had one key to a cabinet, that KeyMe could not make a key for me. That was disappointing to me. Overall, great experience. I know what to expect the next time I use it. Thanks
