Good product but impatient customer service Good product, but very Impatient customer service. I would grade it an F if I could. Improvement is necessary !!

Worst service ever Worst service ever. After we call them and they told us that they will arrived in 35 min, we had to call them because they didn’t arrive and then they said 20 more min, and never showed up, we tried to call them again and did not answered the phone, even the 24/7 call center, never pick up. We wait until 2 am and leave to a hotel with our 2 new born babys. Worst service ever

I made 2 different accounts. I made 2 different accounts, one with my wife's car and email and one with my email and car. Her car keys worked that I got made ,mine had a tooth missing so it won't start my car, 80$ down the drain on something I can't take to get fixed. Like I said my wife's worked fine, I'm happy, I don't lose my keys like her lol. It's a great idea and works but the scanner didn't scan my key good ( I'm guessing it's the scanner) .

Convenient Very helpful and easy to make my key copy. I liked the instant selections and the deals. I ordered all 4 copies together because it was easier but would’ve like to be able to ship a couple designs under the buy 4 deal. It would've been better if the machine had a menu , website, directions, or payment posted on it saying it is card only, no cash, BEFORE having to put a key into it.

Great Key-osk It was such a breeze. So simple, self explanatory and great end result! I’ve been needing to duplicate a key but didn’t want to go into a hardware store, find a clerk, etc. So when I saw your machine in a neighborhood grocery store I used it. My key works like a charm. Again, it was such a breeze and no assistance required. 😊
