GBI made 2 different accounts. I made 2 different accounts, one with my wife's car and email and one with my email and car. Her car keys worked that I got made ,mine had a tooth missing so it won't start my car, 80$ down the drain on something I can't take to get fixed. Like I said my wife's worked fine, I'm happy, I don't lose my keys like her lol. It's a great idea and works but the scanner didn't scan my key good ( I'm guessing it's the scanner) .

GBUsed a KeyMe self service key machine… Used a KeyMe self service key machine in January 2024 in Walmart store at 4444 W VINE ST KISSIMMEE, FL, 34746. Instructions easy to follow, low price with price offers for blank type and more than 1 copy. Cut keys were perfect.

GBKey made from stored image didn't work. I made a key from one stored in memory. The first key I copied and that created the stored scan worked. However, the key made from the stored scan did not work. The refund was prompt and painless. One note, when logging into the Kiosk to make a key from one stored on my account, the Kiosk required "dual-authentication" via my cell phone. In theory, great. In practice, you get locked out of your house and leave cell phone inside. It's the same problem w/ computer password managers that need to dual authenticate to your phone, that you lost.... lol. Sometimes you just want one password that you trust.

GBPrice is over the top. I love having keys with different colors/team mascots/designs, etc so at one glance I know where it goes. But seriously? $8 a key when the machine does all the work. I know, maintenance, debit/credit card fees, etc. But still extremely high and not a lot of design choices at my store.

GBNot anywhere near the service they claim to be or have They claim to be better than a locksmith and have a 100% price guarantee. Well, they weren’t either of these. The keys didn’t work, and they didn’t refund my original payment, upon initial contact. After much prodding, I’m supposed to be getting the full price back in a refund. We shall see! But for now, I don’t suggest that you use this kiosk system. As you can see, the kiosk cut isn’t anywhere near the original key.
