Great Experience! Bob was great to deal with, met us at our home on our time table, ran measurements, talked thru several options, helped us choose the carpet that would best fit or needs, and handled the financing over email and text! You cannot beat the seamless purchase. When the install day arose, the guys were on time, and worked hard to get it done. They were polite and professional! The carpet looks amazing! Outstanding experience would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring in the near future!

High quality tile options I had nearly given up on finding just the right tiles for my shower to coordinate with the tile already on my bathroom floor. Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful, and within 30 minutes I was headed home with suitable samples for shower floor and walls. The completed project looks fabulous! I'm very pleased with their selection and excellent service.

Excellent service Chose Carpet one as it is a local family company. Staff are friendly and efficient, explaining different options. Installer put down stair carpet in a couple of hours and did a professional job.
