I was in a panic when our flooring was… I was in a panic when our flooring was discontinued. I could not be happier with the ability of our sales rep. to drop what he was doing and figure this out for us! In one day we had the last of the discontinued flooring shipping out of their warehouse that week. Saved my sanity and saved us thousands of dollars reinstalling when we have already done half the house. THANK YOU!

Incorrect inventory online and bad communication about product I wanted to purchased some flooring after talking with a representative & was later told that they put the incorrect information in the computer and don’t have the actual product in stock. To me, it was the correct information since I was clearly explaining the sku number and the fact that the company had gone bankrupt. The product is still for sale on their website. I am now still waiting to hear back about the amount that was taken from us.

Amazing Customer Service!!! My sales rep was super knowledgeable & helpful! He really went the extra mile to help me find the exact floor I was looking for. He walked me through the whole process of what to expect & a timeline for receiving my shipment, since I’m out of state. My floors arrived on time and the delivery he set up was quick & efficient. I couldn’t recommend them more!!!

AMAZING experience, customer service and pricing! After having no luck with local flooring companies, I stumbled upon regal flooring, specifically DAVID (my hero) and I’m so glad I did. David found my dream floor for me (after I was told it wasn’t possible by many other flooring companies) and seamlessly had it shipped to me. All for a very reasonable price. I am so grateful and will never purchase flooring anywhere else.

He helped me in adjusting flooring amounts and took my various calls on transition pieces to make sure that my order was correct. What was amazing was that he remembered me each time I called.
