We purchased carpeting from him in April, 2013 and now again in December, 2016. He did everything that he could to make the process of selection and installation easy for us. He listened to our needs and recommended options, including hard surface floor options. He let us take home samples and answered questions about the alternatives. He seems very knowledgeable and is willing to do whatever is necessary to assist in helping us make the decisions without pressuring us. Both times on the day of installation, he came with the installers to ensure that things would go smoothly before leaving. The installation was very professional with even a supervisor stopping by to inspect. We are so grateful that the Carpeteria/Carpet One team worked so hard to try to eliminate stress and provide a very positive experience.

Sean Moran and his Installers are the BEST We needed to match laminate in two rooms with laminate purchased many years ago in two other rooms. No store came up with a fair match. As soon as Sean Moran saw our sample he remembered a matching product. He searched on the internet and found it. The installers were competent and when we pointed out a problem - actually caused by a previous tile installer - Sean brought in a tile team that made the whole purchase perfect. All of Sean's installers were super competent and polite. We were very impressed with Sean's professionalism, his knowledge of the products and going out of his way to make this job a smooth and successful installation. Sean made sure that the installers understood what we wanted and was always present when the installers arrived. He even showed up on his day off to ensure that the job was done correctly.
