Mostly awesome. The guys that did the carpet were great. In and out in one day and it looks great. The hardwood floor crew did a great job on the floors but they were really sloppy with the baseboards and the caulk. It's uneven and spotty and smeared in places. It's the final detail and it's noticeably sloppy.

Superior service & Quality product! From the start to the finish I was impressed and our expectations exceeded with Carpet One! John Medina was very helpful, answered all my questions, and assisted us with the best carpet for our home. I really liked the extra steps they take in clean up and spraying a microbial before the new carpet was installed. Our family is very happy with the new carpet, the installation process and I really like the warranty. I would recommend Carpet One to any other options based on their product options, service and warranty!
