Prompt, Reasonable rate and Quality work! I had a clogged sink that I couldn't plunge out myself. We had just gotten a few inches of show and the roads had not been completely cleared of snow. It was late afternoon so I figured I probably wouldn't be able to get anyone to come until the next day without paying extra for an after hour fee. After submitting my request for four plumbers to call with a quote, I got the first call who quoted me an outrageous cost to come out that evening and another high cost to come out the next day. I told them no thank you. Then Proper Plumbing Services called and give me a very reasonable quote to come out within 30 minutes. I agreed to their service. They arrived within 30 minutes, cleared the drain, checked the rest of the lines for leaks. They were friendly courteous and professional and only charged me the rate they quoted over the phone. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

YPS is exactly what their company name imply. Thank you. I had wanted a side by side with the ice and water dispenser forever. Mike Cordova came in look under my sink and said no problem. I was ecstatic! I went out and brought a side by side refrigerator, mike came over and ran the line from my sink to my new refrigerator. He didn't make a mess, he told me every step of the job what he was doing. He was finished in less than a hour. I'm so happy with the work Mike Cordova did.
