Prompt, Reasonable rate and Quality work! I had a clogged sink that I couldn't plunge out myself. We had just gotten a few inches of show and the roads had not been completely cleared of snow. It was late afternoon so I figured I probably wouldn't be able to get anyone to come until the next day without paying extra for an after hour fee. After submitting my request for four plumbers to call with a quote, I got the first call who quoted me an outrageous cost to come out that evening and another high cost to come out the next day. I told them no thank you. Then Proper Plumbing Services called and give me a very reasonable quote to come out within 30 minutes. I agreed to their service. They arrived within 30 minutes, cleared the drain, checked the rest of the lines for leaks. They were friendly courteous and professional and only charged me the rate they quoted over the phone. He did it quickly, professionally, using high quality supplies, for the quoted price, and at the best rate of all quoted.

Horror story I called all 5 of the companies you sent. Two did not respond 3 did contact me. I choose one and every time he spoke to me the price was increased. I had to carry his bucket of supplies for him as he could not and walk up or down stairs. I finally got him out of our home around 8:30 that evening. I contacted one of the other people on your list. They did come out an complete the repairs. I had to pay twice for the same work.
