Best handyman we've ever had and been in the same owned home for 47 years 1. Great availability. A person, live, usually answers the phonr. 2. Kevin has a great deal of experience and knowledge, esp. Roofing and woodworking/cabinetry.3. Always returns calls and if not on time, calls to explain and update. 4. Knows when a job is beyond his expertise but knows good people to help and/or refer to.5. Pricing not cheap, but fair and not excessive and worth it. 6. Very clean and efficient.

Job well done! Kevin did a great job doing a repair on a crack in our basement wall when we sold our house. It was a difficult task and he researched the best way to do the repair. He had the needed materials ordered with a rush so that he could get everything done on time. I would highly recommend Kevin for anything you need to have done.

Great work! This is the 3rd time we called Kevin at hometech. He knows his stuff, has the tools he needs for any job and he unpleasant to work with. He shaved 3 or 4 interior doors, rehung some folding doors and installed a new kitchen faucet

Great work! Kevin was on time, prepared and very qualified for my project. He was knowledgeable and his quick thinking with our unique challenges allowed him to finish EVEN quicker than expected. He left the worksite in great condition and I would hire him again should the need arise.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. Kevin charged me $652 to pressure wash, scrape and sand a deck to prep for staining. The deck wasn't even close to being ready for staining. I also have requested a W9 form from him more than once and he won't respond. Very unprofessional.
