GBBest handyman we've ever had and been in the same owned home for 47 years 1. Great availability. A person, live, usually answers the phonr. 2. Kevin has a great deal of experience and knowledge, esp. Roofing and woodworking/cabinetry.3. Always returns calls and if not on time, calls to explain and update. 4. Knows when a job is beyond his expertise but knows good people to help and/or refer to.5. Pricing not cheap, but fair and not excessive and worth it. 6. Very clean and efficient.
