When the installers came they informed me that the carpet was too small for the room and I would have to pick something else. When I went back to the store, the "gentleman" working there was rude and tried to limit me to their cheapest carpet. The sales girl had told me the week before that the carpet he was trying to exchange for was what they sold to landlords for rentals. Then he took me back to the remnants and forced me to choose from a tiny selection of which only two fit my room. I was not happy with the way I was treated, especially when it was THEIR mistake. I'm giving them 3 stars because the sales girl, Adrianna was wonderful.

Terrific service and quality We have worked with United Floor for two carpet installations now (master bathroom small area, and living room). Both experiences were outstanding. They helped us select great quality carpet and recommended padding. One of the carpets had a "fold" in it -- originated with the manufacturer -- and they worked with us to get the problem sovlved. Really personal service and the installed carpets look and feel wonderful. Pricing was reasonable and well worth it, given the level of service. Highly recommend.
