ORDERED A A/C COMPRESSOR FOR A FORD… ORDERED A A/C COMPRESSOR FOR A FORD F-350 INSTALLED AND HEARD A LOUD NOISE TURNED OFF MOTOR AND FOUND MAGNET WAS SPINNING AROUND WHICH RIPPED OUT THE WIRES WHOEVER THEY GET THE PARTS FROM ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY CALLED TO GET ANOTHER PART UNDER WARRANTY AND HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $179 TO HAVE IT SHIPPED AND INSTEAD OF THEM SHIPPING OVERNIGHT AT NO CHARGE THE SENT IT GROUND SO NOW IT SITS WAITING FOR A NEW PART HOPEFULLY THIS PART IS GOOD

i had leaking/defective rack & pinion… i had leaking/defective rack & pinion on 2005 XLR. Cadillac discontinued part. There were none avail any where in the country. Turned to local auto parts rebuilders with no success. Mechanic recommended 2 rebuilders (1 in PA the other in the SE) both were arrogant & rude like they were doing me a favor. Way overpriced with 4-8 weeks for rebuild once they received mine. Finally found "BuyAutoParts" on line. extremely courteous & helpful. 1/2 the price, sent UPS pickup, quoted 1 week from time they received. They received on a Friday had it rebuilt on Monday afternoon and shipped on Tuesday at there expense. Customer service at its very best (10stars) i would never use another rebuilder if the need ever arises again. 👍 Matt M.

BAD PARTS, BAD SERVICE, DISHONEST WAREANTY I bought a turbo, paid over 800 to have it installed. Even paid another 100 for an unlimited mileage warranty. Less than 4 months later the turbo failed. I had to buy another one from a more reputable place and pay another 1000.00 to have the bad one taken out and the NEW GOOD ONE PUT IN. I called and was told it was outside of the warranty period and that they would not refund my money or any labor charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKED PLACE WITH BAD PARTS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
