Great Customer Service! I placed the order of a very specific part and it was canceled when my bank questioned the authenticity of the order due to a recent move. Once that was resolved, I replaced it and found the price had increased slightly. My CSR reduced the price to that of the original order, confirmed it was going to the right vehicle and immediately put the order through. It was delivered in a very timely manner and we're all happy!

Guaranteed fit means nothing Guaranteed fit means nothing! Sold me the wrong Turbocharger, after install and replacement of other parts, turns out they sent the wrong turbo. Contacted BuyAutoParts, brought it to their attention and their answer was...well you can send it back but we will just you the same model. Provided evidence that their other company even shows its the wrong turbo which didn't even give them pause. They do not stand by their guarantee and will not be doing any business with them! Be warned! Read all the reviews and you will see the same 1 star problems over and over...I am out over $3,000 from their mess-up.
