Pair this with a sales staff that goes above and beyond and by far the most qualified installers out there. We purchased 4 rooms and 1 set of stairs for carpet and a stunningly beautiful bamboo floor. I can't recommend Columbia Rug Carpet One enough.

We recently had a lot of remodeling … We recently had a lot of remodeling done by Columbia One. Our experience with all products and staff have been amazing. All staff (Jason, Zach, Jacob and Bill) were extremely hard working, friendly, polite and strived to make our renovations stress free! They answered all our questions with patience and kindness. We, also appreciated their promptness and attention to detail. A special thank you to Justin Davis for ordering products, scheduling workers and keeping us informed every step of the way! The best you can do for floor coverings and service No owner of any business could have been as kind and helpful to me as Ted Plotkin, owner of Columbia Rug and Carpet. Long story short: I acquired a property in 2017 that had floor coverings purchased in 2003 from Columbia but there was a problem. I asked Mr Plotkin if he could take a look at it. When he learned the floor coverings were purchased through Columbia, there was no hesitation that he would stand behind the transaction, 100%. Keep in mind that this was from 14 years ago, and I was not the original purchaser. Mr Plotkin treated me like his most valued customer. His staff were wonderful with many years of experience with both floor coverings and decorating. His installers treated my property better than I treat it. Clean, quick, thorough, and professional. Thank you David and helper! Why shop Big Box? You can't find staff, they don't know what they're doing and you wont find them again. Work is contracted out, and try getting help on a 1-800 number. Mr Plotkin owns the store and works there. He is always there, and stands behind his product.. I bought something else from them around 40 years ago, that's how long they've been in the same location. Who has been around for 40 years? Big box didn't even exist then. Do yourself a favor and walk into the store. It's beautiful, with every type of floor covering imaginable, with great prices and service.

Very pleased with new carpet!!! Excellent selection, very helpful staff and installers did a wonderful job! Overall, a great experience. We will definitely return for any future needs.
