I have no idea why anyone would go … I have no idea why anyone would go anywhere else for flooring. The quality paired with the value beats anything we've ever looked at. Pair this with a sales staff that goes above and beyond and by far the most qualified installers out there. We purchased 4 rooms and 1 set of stairs for carpet and a stunningly beautiful bamboo floor. I can't recommend Columbia Rug Carpet One enough.

They have been wonderful to work with, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Every one of the sales and support staff are friendly and easy to work with. I recently moved and needed to replace some carpet in my new home. The process was easy and fast. We had the room measured and got the bid back quickly, the carpet we selected was installed professionally and looks amazing. The installers were pleasant and even vacuumed the carpet for us before they left. I would and do recommend Columbia Rug Carpet One!

What separates the good apples from the not so good apples! Needed to have our downstairs updated. Needed help with the type of flooring, plus needed help in order to have flooring people and painters to work together with a schedule that would work for everbody. Could't have asked more from Columbia Rug in that they did everything humanly possible to have this project completed to our utmost satisfaction. My cousin and I went to Columbia to ask … My cousin and I went to Columbia to ask for a donation for a benefit that we are having. We were greeted by Justin Davis and without hesitation, Justin was very happy to donate 2 rugs! We also found 3 area rugs that we purchases to raffle off at my cousin's cancer benefit!
