Living the Values Our experience working with Columbia Rug and Justin has been stellar! Justin's sense of urgency to not only meet, but exceed our expectations, was evident in all he provided. From a detailed and accurate survey / measurement of our space to following though on assuring all aspects from delivery to install were timely and professional. The Values of Columbia Rug were evident in all Justin provided for us. We found that the installer, Michael Harris was also focused on our needs and provided a professional install. Michael but an emphasis on assuring the patterns match up with all his seams and demonstrated an eye for detail. My cousin and I went to Columbia to ask … My cousin and I went to Columbia to ask for a donation for a benefit that we are having. We were greeted by Justin Davis and without hesitation, Justin was very happy to donate 2 rugs! We also found 3 area rugs that we purchases to raffle off at my cousin's cancer benefit!
