I was impressed with the service… I was impressed with the service provided by Skoup. Joe and Junior were amazing, very polite and helpful. They even offered to take some additional rubbish which I hadn't added to the list. I was pleased to be able to book at short notice and our garden looked so much better afterwards. I would definitely recommend!

Mark from Skoup was absolutely superb Mark from Skoup was absolutely superb. He rang in advance to let us know when he was going to arrive and was very courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks to Mark and Skoup we have a clutter-free house prior to our move, making our lives so much easier. Brilliant service!

False advertising. We ordered a Full Van which supposedly holds up to 800kg of waste. Our builders estimated that what they put out to be collected would have weighed around 600kg max. It was honestly laughable how little of the waste the driver took - the van at the end was a quarter full yet apparently the limit had been reached. The pick up was on Saturday 3pm yet the waste was taken to the depot and weighed on Tuesday morning which magically came to 840kg. Conveniently Skoup couldn't provide a picture of the van just before it was weighed so who knows what was added on from Saturday to Tuesday. Very poor experience which left us with a bigger headache than what we began with.

Hassle Free Collection The whole process for my collection was great, easy to book, affordable and seemless. Small issue with the date change, however this was understandable and was called personally to sort it. I put my collection out the night prior, without being disturbed early all bags were taken, no fuss and woke up to an empty drive. Unfortunately as I was not contacted on the day of collection I don’t have a name to thank personally however will be using this service again

Fantastic Service! Fantastic Service! The job was to be started between 12 and 7pm however Mark called about 11:40 and said he was on his way. Mark was professional and careful of the flat interior when taking out heavy bulky items. Would use them again.
