Brilliant customer service Brilliant customer service! Collection guy (sorry, didn't get is name) was excellent. The magic bit was when he said that I had booked too bigger van for the rubbish, he would contact the office and get me a refund. I was amazed when within a half hour of his leaving I was refunded nearly half the cost! Unbelievable in this day and age. Excellent company.

Mark from Skoup was absolutely superb Mark from Skoup was absolutely superb. He rang in advance to let us know when he was going to arrive and was very courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks to Mark and Skoup we have a clutter-free house prior to our move, making our lives so much easier. Brilliant service!

Amazing value for money At £222 I thought too good to be true, I was wrong, two extremely polite men disposed of my excess items nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use this company again, cheaper than a skip with which you would have to move the rubbish yourself into it. A most refreshing experience.

Fantastic Service! Fantastic Service! The job was to be started between 12 and 7pm however Mark called about 11:40 and said he was on his way. Mark was professional and careful of the flat interior when taking out heavy bulky items. Would use them again.

Unwanted Garden & Office Items What a fantastic service provided by Skoup. They gave a 12 hour time period and were here by 7am to uplift all of our unwanted items before our office was even open. I had initially asked for some items to be uplifted but was able to email using my order number to add more items I would definitely use this service again !!! I highly recommend this company.
