Great Customer Service We initially hired Insight to help us with black/carpenter ants. During the treatment, the technician, Kale Syverson, noticed several wasp nests, which he immediately took care of for us. We are now waiting to see how well the ant treatment works. Thank you Kale!

Very satisfied to get the advise from Jonathan - Pest Solutions Technician. Hi, I just want to say thank you to Jonathan! I just talk to him asking for an advise for how to deal with grubs. And he was very willing to help - explained to me that my main purpose is to have as healthiest lawn as possible, not to cut the lawn too short , apply some fertilizer and some kind of "Grub b gon". Initial service was ok, follow up treatment was better Initial service was ok, but I was expecting a better result. Still had many ants outside of the house, and was still finding various spiders and other insects inside the house within the first 2 weeks after treatment. Called for a retreatment, and the follow up service tech Frank was way more thorough, I felt provided a much broader treatment. I feel if the initiual treatment was this thorough perhaps I wouldn't have needed the follow up...but time will tell and hoping this does the trick.

Former employee, its a scam The products this company uses can be bought over the counter online, Diatomaceous earth and OnGuard ProPerm are things you can buy for very cheap on the internet. The contracts are meant to confuse people into signing for a year long contract for a service they would never need. Nothing this company does can't be done with a single trip to a home hardware store, for much cheaper. Even the rodenticides are over the counter. Stay very far away

Our Technician Florian is very knowledgeable, courteous and a hard worker. He always arrives on time and thoroughly explains what he will accomplish each visit.
