Very satisfied to get the advise from Jonathan - Pest Solutions Technician. Hi, I just want to say thank you to Jonathan! I just talk to him asking for an advise for how to deal with grubs. And he was very willing to help - explained to me that my main purpose is to have as healthiest lawn as possible, not to cut the lawn too short , apply some fertilizer and some kind of "Grub b gon". I was told when I signed up I could… I was told when I signed up I could cancel anytime. After 2 quarterly treatments I decided the service was not worth the price. I was told there would be a cancelation charge. Although it seems you can cancel anytime, I feel ripped off by being charged to do so and now will not use them ever again nor will I recommend them to my friends. I would add everyone I dealt with was polite and professional but this company policy ruins all their hard work.

Today's Quarterly Pest Control Visit Today, Mike Hurst, from Insight pest solutions, provided our quarterly services which included pest solutions for spiders, ants, trap baiting for rodents and the other pest around the home. Mike is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to spraying in-doors because of our grandson, he is 3 yrs. old. Thank you for allowing Mike to visit our home!

Limited Value for Me The people that provide the service are good but unless you have a serious, specific problem there is little benefit. I had to continue treating for ants myself as there seems to be little if any residual value. Especially when treatments were applied immediately before a rain. Same for mice in the garage. The bate traps don’t seem to have reduced the number of mice I capture in mouse traps. I would have cancelled but there’s a large financial penalty into contracts.
