Excellent experience with Insight Pest Control Burlington Our experience with Insight Pest Control Burlington has been very good. Our Technician Florian is very knowledgeable, courteous and a hard worker. He always arrives on time and thoroughly explains what he will accomplish each visit. He usually remembers the trouble spots that need extra attention and works quickly and efficiently to address any concerns. This is excellent customer service.

Initial service was ok, follow up treatment was better Initial service was ok, but I was expecting a better result. Still had many ants outside of the house, and was still finding various spiders and other insects inside the house within the first 2 weeks after treatment. Called for a retreatment, and the follow up service tech Frank was way more thorough, I felt provided a much broader treatment. I feel if the initiual treatment was this thorough perhaps I wouldn't have needed the follow up...but time will tell and hoping this does the trick.

Sung came over a few weeks ago and gave… Sung came over a few weeks ago and gave our first seasonal application around the perimeter of our home, as well as spider removal and pantry moth analysis. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! He assured us a second treatment would be provided in 2 weeks if necessary, which does seem to be the case, so I left a message to arrange for a time. I am horrified by the level of service… I am horrified by the level of service provided by this company. We were contacted at our house and they offered to spray our property for pests as they were working with our neighbours. They were unclear about the duration of services offered. We believed we were signing on for a one time problem with some ants we had. Once we were signed up we were trapped. The second time they visited which we were not told when they were coming they were watch by a witness that saw they didn’t even spray when they said they would. I reached out to another pest solution company and asked them about the services we receiving (leaving this company’s name out of it, and was told they don’t even over services like they roped us into as they are I effectual. When I reached out to Insight Pest Solution to try and find out about cancelling they offered me no remediation except I could pay them an additional $100 to stop coming or be forced to pay them more money for the next two visits they had planned. I’m distressed an disappointed that this company can take advantage of people to this extent. They remind me of the mob… you pay one way or the other. Please do not use this company!
