Very satisfied to get the advise from Jonathan - Pest Solutions Technician. Hi, I just want to say thank you to Jonathan! I just talk to him asking for an advise for how to deal with grubs. And he was very willing to help - explained to me that my main purpose is to have as healthiest lawn as possible, not to cut the lawn too short , apply some fertilizer and some kind of "Grub b gon". Great service, great representative. Kale Syverson came Friday for the second seasonal visit to my home. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any issues to relay. I suggested I had seen rodent activity on the NE side of the house. He quickly and efficiently cleared away the spider webs and relocated the recharged trap.

I am horrified by the level of service… I am horrified by the level of service provided by this company. We were contacted at our house and they offered to spray our property for pests as they were working with our neighbours. They were unclear about the duration of services offered. We believed we were signing on for a one time problem with some ants we had. Once we were signed up we were trapped. The second time they visited which we were not told when they were coming they were watch by a witness that saw they didn’t even spray when they said they would. I reached out to another pest solution company and asked them about the services we receiving (leaving this company’s name out of it, and was told they don’t even over services like they roped us into as they are I effectual. When I reached out to Insight Pest Solution to try and find out about cancelling they offered me no remediation except I could pay them an additional $100 to stop coming or be forced to pay them more money for the next two visits they had planned. I’m distressed an disappointed that this company can take advantage of people to this extent. They remind me of the mob… you pay one way or the other. Please do not use this company!

Great Customer Service We initially hired Insight to help us with black/carpenter ants. During the treatment, the technician, Kale Syverson, noticed several wasp nests, which he immediately took care of for us. We are now waiting to see how well the ant treatment works. Thank you Kale!

Very complicated company to work with Very complicated company to work with Too many exterminator companies around but this one has been the worse. Don’t you ever sign any contracts with this company. Very disappointed !!
