They were on time on both the delivery… They were on time on both the delivery date and pick-up date. The gentleman that delivered and picked up our dumpster was so nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend Bin There Dump That Dumpster Rentals.

TOTAL A-HOLES TOTAL A-HOLES. Charge $25 cancel fee. NO ONE ELSE DOES THAT. But they gotta get that $25 out of you no matter what. Even if it means negative reviews. Well suck on that $25 Forgot to mention, this dumpster was for my parents, my father (Air Force veteran) and my mother, in their 80's and living on a fixed income. I guess the owner of this company has no shame, and will do anything to collect a measely $25. SHAMEFUL

She was understanding when discovering that my husband had recently passed & I was having to clean two warehouses out where he had done business for 30 years. Her explanation of cost & extension of time was clear. Thanks goes out to Karen as she is still helping me with this endeavor.

Our bin did not arrive on time Our bin did not arrive on time and still had not arrived 2 1/2 hrs later after calling them twice. We ended up cancelling our bin and going to another company.
