GBLying Sales People Confirmed with sales person, Dave, several times when arranging for the dumpster that it could be placed in my front yard due to volume and orientation of my home. Dave assured me several times that, as long as I signed a waiver, it wouldn't be a problem. I completed the waiver online as specified. When the driver showed, he refused to put it in the front yard and put his dispatcher on speaker. The dispatcher basically told me that their policy was to never put them in yards, offered no apology for his lying salesperson, and basically didn't care at all - and why should he? They got their money. He kept explaining their no-yard policy as if I wasn't understanding the rules, and never acknowledged that I had been lied to, several times, by their salesperson. His solution? "Call the office and ask him why he told you it could go in the yard."

GBDumpster arrived on time Dumpster arrived on time, clean and placed carefully on my drive with plywood protecting the surface. Driver was especially careful and very pleasant and anxious to please...I used them twice...same everything both times...

CAOur bin did not arrive on time Our bin did not arrive on time and still had not arrived 2 1/2 hrs later after calling them twice. We ended up cancelling our bin and going to another company.

GBTOTAL A-HOLES TOTAL A-HOLES. Charge $25 cancel fee. NO ONE ELSE DOES THAT. But they gotta get that $25 out of you no matter what. Even if it means negative reviews. Well suck on that $25 Forgot to mention, this dumpster was for my parents, my father (Air Force veteran) and my mother, in their 80's and living on a fixed income. I guess the owner of this company has no shame, and will do anything to collect a measely $25. SHAMEFUL

GBThey completely missed their… They completely missed their appointment. When I called for an eta and a partial refund, they canceled my order completely. Left me with nothing. No refund. Very unprofessional
