Resolving door sensor problem I was having issues with a door sensor. It was saying my door was repeatedly opening & closing for several minutes straight through out the day. Clearly this wasn't correct. Well, before I reached out to Notion for assistance on the matter, I received an email from Notion stating the issue was recognized & they would send a solution for free. Since receiving the package & following directions, I haven't had anymore issues.

Great product All I wanted was a leak detector that would notify me as soon as trouble appeared. Most of the options available had alarm sounds for the event and I wanted something that was more direct when I wasn’t in the house. I get a text if there is a water leak (or temperature drop) even if I’m away. The system can be expanded to security concerns but I’m not there yet.

Worked great for over 1 year but now… Worked great for over 1 year but now all sensors have no signal. Have re-installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, left batteries out of sensors for more than 1 hour, re-synched bridge but still not working. App won't let me delete sensors so I can’t attempt to add them back. Called customer service telephone number of last 4 days with no response back. Also sent email to support with no response.

I purchased Notion home monitoring… I purchased Notion home monitoring sensors when my Wally sensors ceased to function a few years ago (2020). Notion sensors are easy to set up and work great. I change AAA batteries about every 6 months.This latest purchase replaced a few of my Notion sensors that went bad after about 3 years.

I have the basic set used for water… I have the basic set used for water detection. Easy set up and works as advertised. Notion has alerted me twice to water leaking from my A/C unit. Alerts were immediate and saved us from having any significant mess. So happy these were provided by our insurance company.
