Clean facilities Clean facilities. Manager was helpful, process to change from one locker to another size was made easy. Our movers drove right into a spacious area to park for unloading. Carts were available to make the move-in faster. This is the second time we’ve used The Lock Up and highly recommend to others considering when needing off site storage.

Exceptional Customer Service I booked online at a fair rate, but it was Bonnie’s follow up call that set the tone for the wonderful service I received when I arrived to complete my contract. She is super efficient while demonstrating a welcoming vibe…she made a difficult situation (divorce) into a truly positive experience! The unit is easy to access and the 5x10 space can accommodate quite a bit of boxes, bins, rugs and furniture, but it’s Bonnie who makes this location extra special!

Isabella was very friendly on the… Isabella was very friendly on the phone, when I was asking for information. Josh was very helpful and friendly to show me around. Jasmin was knowledgeable to book my reservation. Josh was made it happened when I moved in, he accompanied my mover while i couldn’t stay.

Great facility, helpful management This is a great facility. Very helpful folks, building is clean and climate controlled. There is plenty of parking and everything is convenient, even during busy times.
