Great facility, but a little pricey The employee did a great job explaining to me the lock up storage facility and all of the rules and procedures in a nice way. My only complaint is the monthly price is higher than I thought it would be.

I switched out units for a better… I switched out units for a better monthly rate. Every bit of saved money goes a long way in this wonderful economy we are dealing with. The new employee that took over the previous employees position was looking out for my best interest. She lowered my monthly rate by about $60. Been a customer for about three years now. Go here before you choose another storage facility.

You can store things you care about here! The manager is superb, efficient, knowledegable, helpful, clearly running a smooth ship. The entire facility is indoors, climate controlled, and spotlessly clean Security cameras film all corridors and comings and goings. The unit is impeccable, immaculately clean, and with carpeting. It is easily accessible, just off of a main street. A bonus was the use of a free, also very clean, moving truck!

Clean facilities Clean facilities. Manager was helpful, process to change from one locker to another size was made easy. Our movers drove right into a spacious area to park for unloading. Carts were available to make the move-in faster. This is the second time we’ve used The Lock Up and highly recommend to others considering when needing off site storage.
