They Have Been Great DaVinci has been great to work with. We've had a few locks break, but we use over a hundred of them. They've been helpful when we've had issues, and they've replaced the broken locks at no charge to us. We have had problems with some of them freezing up in winter, when it's well below zero, and the tab not being able to be moved to open a storage unit. They offered advice on this problem, and even sent a sample lock in a different style for us to try out. I recommend DaVinci.

Customer Service We had an issue with one of the locks we purchased. Upon informing the company, they replaced the lock and shipped it for free. In this day of customer service, it is nice to know some companies are still into good customer service!

Great product, great customer service The guy I spoke with was very informative and very patient. I am so glad my storage software rep told me "many clients are using Davinci locks." This was an efficient way of locking and handling my storage units that I wasn't aware of. I am new to the business as I just bought the units last month.
