GBMeh. The product is fine, but don't expect any loyalty or preference for size. They treat you the same if you buy 10 locks or 2500. Certainly that can be a compliment but after a few years of using their product and not feeling any loyalty isn't a great feeling. No bulk buy discount, no shipping discount, nothing, just a notice that they are adding a fee for using their app. Great news if you're small, but a real turnoff if you're trying to scale in any fashion. The locks aren't very durable. They're painted which is better than the ones I get off alibaba, but not by much. If I hadn't had someone else buy and had already paid for these then I would have cancelled the order.

GBThey Have Been Great DaVinci has been great to work with. We've had a few locks break, but we use over a hundred of them. They've been helpful when we've had issues, and they've replaced the broken locks at no charge to us. We have had problems with some of them freezing up in winter, when it's well below zero, and the tab not being able to be moved to open a storage unit. They offered advice on this problem, and even sent a sample lock in a different style for us to try out. I recommend DaVinci.
